Responsibilities of job:
Making Outbound phone calls
Broadcasting e-mails
Answering Inbound Phone Calls
Light Paperwork
Set appointments
Must be able to:
Speak and type in English. Bilingual is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge - Heavy usage of Microsoft Outlook and Word, effective internet searching and keyboard proficiency
Use of proper grammar and punctuation in e-mails
Be comfortable talking on the phone
18 years or older.
Able to work Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Have your own Transportation.
Customer Service Experience would be great, however, no experience necessary.
