We have finished Phase 1 Grading and Creating Levels. The yard is seeded with covered with straw. Temporary irrigation was setup with a Bhyve & Tripod sprinklers to cover sq footage. The rotten wood wall and most of the deck has been removed. Hickory Falls Property Mgmt Brett J. Lothridge

Backyard renovation project is underway, involving grading, leveling of the upper yard, setting a new grade angle, and removal of the existing timber wall and deck. A previously hidden cross-tie wall was found 3.5 feet behind the existing wall. Dirt behind the wall is being removed to reduce pressure per square foot on the compromised wall.
