It’s luxuriously finished with soft-close wood cabinets, designer tile, and hardwood floors.Your Options:1. At The Nest – Select a lot at The Nest and we’ll have your Calliope ready in just 4 months. You’ll also have the option to enroll it in our short-term rental program, so you can earn income when you’re not using it—all while enjoying community amenities like the pool and fitness center.2. Take It Home – Purchase the model and the trailer it’s sitting on for $299,000. Price includes delivery within 50 miles of Hiawassee (surcharge applies beyond that).
