The family wanted two beds and more storage in the same room.
We built the whole thing on site — queen over queen, beadboard inside each bunk, curtain panels, reading lights, and a bookcase alongside it. The stairs have pull-out drawers built into each step. That part was the mom's idea, and it's probably the most useful thing in the room.

The homeowner wanted a fully functional kitchen in their basement. There wasn't one — not even close. Concrete floor, unfinished walls, no plumbing, no electrical.

We framed the tray ceiling, formed the peninsula wall, cut through the concrete for the plumbing, and roughed in the electrical before anything else happened. The cabinets came after all of that was done.

The kitchen ended up with dark charcoal flat-panel cabinets, Calacatta quartz, hex tile backsplash, and matte black fixtures. The metallic epoxy floor runs through from the hallway.

This is one room in a basement that now has two full bathrooms, a laundry area, finished rooms throughout, and this kitchen. The whole lower level was built from an empty concrete slab.

Bathroom #2 of our Basement Remodel.

The homeowner needed a space that worked for everyone in the family — including ADA accessibility. The shower is curbless for easy entry, and the vanity is wall-mounted with open space below for wheelchair access. We later added a few grab bars for the toilet (rear & side) and more grab bars and a folding bench for the shower.

They also had a vision for how it should look. The navy vanity, the blush walls, the brushed gold fixtures. We built the space around both — functional and finished the way they wanted it.

Yes — this is a basement. 🤯

Metallic epoxy floors throughout a full basement remodel in Greater Atlanta. The swirling charcoal and silver finish is poured and hand-worked on site — no two floors ever look exactly the same.
Pair it with black interior doors, white trim, blue accent walls, and a custom tiled bathroom and you have a lower level that doesn't feel like a lower level at all.
This space went from unfinished concrete to something people actually want to spend time in.

We handle full basement builds — framing, drywall, flooring, bathrooms, paint, trim, doors. Everything from the concrete slab up.

**WALK & TALK INSPECTION**

Beautiful house. Great neighborhood. Asking price to match. 🏡

Before this client made one of the biggest financial decisions of their life, they called us for a Walk & Talk Inspection — an honest walkthrough with an experienced eye before committing to a full formal inspection.

What we found inside the walls told a completely different story.

Here's what the inspection revealed:
⚠️ Severely rotted structural framing at a load-bearing wall — active decay, compromised integrity. The existing repair was beyond inadequate.
⚠️ Significant moisture damage visible in wall cavities.

None of this was visible from the street. None of it was disclosed.

The client used our findings to determine whether they wanted to place an offer.

Before the first new cabinet goes on the wall, here's what our team does. 🔨

Plastic sheeting sealed floor to ceiling at every doorway — the rest of the house stays completely separated from the work zone. Paper laid over every floor path with blue tape on every edge. Every traffic route covered before tools come out.

This is a kitchen remodel in progress. Old dark oak cabinets stripped out.

The homeowner is living in this house while we work. That matters to us.
A clean, protected jobsite isn't a bonus — it's just how we operate.

Cabinets go in today. Countertop template measure tomorrow.
