Think your floors are flat & level? With our new x7 Laser Scanner, we now offer ASTM E1155 FFFL reporting that is accurate & done in less than 5 minutes. The scan from this client's project changed colors according to elevation. The Red part is almost two inches lower than the purple. This elevation mapping lets us know exactly how big of a low spot we have & creates a great visual of how far out we can expect to apply the ez level before installing new hardwood flooring.

President, Founder and the head honcho boss here at Dream Catcher Dynamics, William Ray Nitsche, has always had a heart for our youth. In his younger years, he worked with children at the McCook YMCA in its after school program. He felt such a deep purpose in helping and encouraging these children that he continued to work with youth through coaching baseball and now serves as the Vice President for the Sutherland Youth Program.

Not only does he support youth through sports and events, but more than anything, he supports local youth in continuing their education so they can chase their dreams. In 2017, William created the Bob Mark Memorial Scholarship and continues to fund it to this day. Now, in partnership with Worthy AF, he's creating and financially supporting another scholarship called Worthy Dreamers for local students who have grown up in a broken home and have a heart for entrepreneurship. His hope is to help children growing up in challenging environments achieve their greatest ambitions despite the obstacles handed to them.

Dream Catcher Dynamics uses a portable laser scanner to capture existing conditions such as topography, architecture, structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing components. These components are measured with the laser scanner and generated in a point cloud model. This point cloud can be used for many different applications including, but not limited to crime scene investigation, real-estate listings, insurance claims, virtual tours, reverse engineering, custom fabrication, residential, commercial & industrial building planning and building. Use of existing data is determined by client.
