Now Hiring: Project Manager

✔️ Strong understanding of residential construction
✔️ Experience in jobsite management, trade partner relations, and customer service
✔️ Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

The Project Manager is responsible for leading all phases of residential construction projects. Working closely with estimating, trade partners, suppliers, and our design team to deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications
- Experience in residential construction project management
- Strong understanding of residential building practices, materials, and processes
- Experience managing trade contractors
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office
