If you recall our posts in December, we had to wait for the snow to clear to begin work. Once the snow finally packed its bags, we rolled in and replaced three ACiQ 155K BTU furnaces with LP conversion kits.

Not exactly a "quick furnace swap." These units are about as subtle as the Grand Canyon itself.

Big equipment. Big views. Big project.

Guess who's back... back again...

It's an AC Pro 3-ton gas split system tucked away in an attic (because apparently AC units enjoy hiding where it's 140°).

Our crew survived, the homeowner is cool, and everyone wins.

Not your average house call...

We traded neighborhoods for one of the best views in Arizona and swapped out a Lochinvar Knight XL boilers at the Grand Canyon.

Turns out even one of the Seven Natural Wonders needs a little HVAC love every now and then.
