With summer coming to an end we should be resuming a lot of lessons again shortly. With that being said… a reminder on our fees…
It is a $25 cancel fee due at the time of your lesson if you cancel within 24 hours. If you do not pay me the day of your cancel fee, the full amount of your lesson is due and we will not schedule your next lesson until paid.
I will charge the full lesson fee if you cancel within 2 hours of your lesson or if you no show on me. Again that is due the time of your lesson and we will not resume lessons until paid.
Boarders. Your board is due on the 1st. After the 5th you will accrue late fees. I love you all dearly but I should not have to chase people down for board money. I cannot tell your horses sorry guys I can’t feed you until XX date because I don’t have it right now. This is happening far too often.
Training clients, a deposit is now going to be required to book your training slot. It will go towards your monthly fees for training. If you decide not to send your horse in for training we will retain your deposit.
