What started as a simple renovation quickly became a full-house transformation. 🤍

Almost 10,000 sq. ft. and nearly every room touched, redesigned, renovated, and brought back to life.

We started this project in May, and just 3 months later, we’re walking through these spaces in the final days of construction.

Three months might sound fast — and it was! But a renovation of this size takes so much more than what you see in the finished rooms. It takes constant communication, coordination, teamwork, problem-solving, and most importantly, the right team working together every single day.

Here’s a little glimpse of everything we’ve accomplished at our .

So proud of this transformation and of the team that made it happen.

One of our favorite homes we’ve built. 🌊🤍

There’s just something about a beach house… the ocean breeze, the natural light, and the feeling that life slows down a little.

We had so much fun bringing this home to life, and it’s always exciting to look back and see the finished result. We hope this family creates countless memories here for many years to come.

What started as an idea to create more space for this family is now becoming a reality.

This addition includes:
✨ A brand-new garage
✨ A dedicated laundry room
✨ A homeschool room
✨ A full bathroom

Watching the process from foundation to framing—and seeing each space take shape—is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. Every stage requires careful planning, coordination, and craftsmanship to ensure the new addition blends seamlessly with the existing home.

Project update! 🙌

We’re officially in the final stages of this outdoor kitchen project, and it’s exciting to see everything coming together.

Right now we’re wrapping up the framing for the custom kitchen, and next up is appliance installation, final electrical fixtures, and all the finishing touches.

It’s been amazing watching this space transform, and we can’t wait to see this family enjoying it the way it was meant to be—hosting friends, making memories, and firing up the grill for their first backyard barbecue.

Stay tuned for the final reveal! 🔥🏡
