Well what started off as a planned deck board and handrail replacement is now a complete tear off and rebuild.

6*6 upper posts just sitting on lower bands, band boards fell off in the process from rot. Original decking framed with 2*6 boards.

Have to step back, get the permits for structural work and go from there.. .

Wood deck and enclosed screened in porch on W Yacht Dr.

Little trickiness with this one, CAMA forced the deck to not be attached to the house (hmm?)..

Stainless Steel cables sets it off (yes they're expensive but they make it look awesome)..

Tongue and Groove loft on Oak Island.

Almost every wall and ceiling out of square and level. Guys had to shim to various depths along every joist etc.

Need to paint but the woodwork looks great.

31 Augusta Dr Oak Island remodel mostly complete and on the market. Couple things to tidy up Monday morning.

Created a Master Ensuite into the frog, moving the hot water tank down to the garage area for the toilet set back, newly plumbed shower (it was a bookcase) with a large vanity.

Turned the stairs into it for ease of access (moving that furniture straight in vice a 90deg turn to the right then back to the left to access the room). The space where the stairs were became the large configurable master closet left unfinished for personal taste in setup.

Added the 16'x14' rear master deck, ready for a hot tub.

New kitchen, be cabinets, granite etc.

Screened in the rear porch, opened the view to the golf course but that area was very overgrown so it'll need landscaping to prevent regrowth.

New vanities and fixtures throughout all bathrooms, new lighting everywhere.
