Another milestone completed at Drake Towers. 🏗️✨

The LVT flooring installation is now in place, completely transforming the look and feel of the space. Every plank is carefully installed to ensure a seamless, durable, and high-quality finish.

We’re also making great progress with the finishing details, including pendant light installation, new baseboards, and door casings—all the elements that bring the renovation together.

Another milestone reached at our Drake Towers remodeling project! 🏗️

The transformation is moving fast, with 95% of the walls already painted and the bathrooms taking shape. In this update, you’ll also get a look at the upcoming renovation of the master bathroom, where we’ll be removing the existing vanity and bathtub to create a modern, spacious walk-in shower.

To keep the rest of the home clean and protected during construction, our team carefully seals off the work area with dust barriers, ensuring a cleaner and safer remodeling process from start to finish.
