We’re celebrating an exciting milestone at the new MPC music education facility, currently under construction by SC Builders!

A few weeks ago, our team marked a major moment in the project as we topped out the steel structure of this new, ground-up learning center. To celebrate, we brought together the project team and workforce to recognize the progress made and, most importantly, the people bringing this building to life.

We’re proud of the teamwork, dedication, and craftsmanship behind this new space and excited to see it continue to take shape!

A space designed to tell a story.

We're proud to showcase this recently completed 32,000-square-foot multi-floor tenant improvement for Cytokinetics in South San Francisco. The centerpiece of the project is the discovery gallery, an immersive space that highlights the company's history, innovations, and achievements while creating a memorable experience for visitors.

The build-out also features an interactive presentation wall, high-end café, custom millwork, and wellness amenities.

We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with Cytokinetics in creating a space that celebrates their journey and supports the future of biopharmaceutical discovery!
