Looking to renovate or remodel? How about a buy and flip investment? Rentals need updated? Well you’ve come to the right place. At Kline Contracting, we have the ability to give you a full turn around on your property.

Check it out! In just over 6 weeks we were able to take this 4 bedroom property in a dilapidated state and turn it into a spacious 6 bedroom, 2 bath home! We replaced the entire living area in the basement, where the floors had been rotted and walls leaning, to give this home 2 additional bedrooms. We fixed the original hardwood flooring where it had been left in place, and laid new LVP flooring in all of the other areas of the home. We fully replaced both bathrooms, added all new drywall, replaced entire second floor electric, plus all of the trim work throughout. In addition, painted each room as well as the ceilings, and finally it is ready!

Finished basements wet bar! Complete with a dishwasher, 2 wine racks, shelving for liquor display along with lighting with in the shelving. Area for a future fridge and trash compactor when available. LVP flooring was put in place of carpet and a pantry to the left for extra storage.

Before and after bathroom project!

We fully gutted and installed a new Slate/Tile shower with multiple shower heads and 2 recessed shower shelves for all of your shower necessities. Clear glass doors on the shower. We replaced the old vinyl flooring with new wood grain tile design, new toilet, and vanity with recessed water tight lighting on dimmable switches.
