Flooring shouldn’t be the reason a ready unit sits empty.

We offer next-day and Saturday installation options at no extra charge, depending on the job and schedule. Tell us your move-in date and what the unit needs, and we’ll help find the best available install slot.

Have a turn on the calendar? Send it our way.

What does “basic floor prep included” actually mean?

With 1UP, it means one pass of floor patch to smooth the existing surface before the new flooring goes in.

Sometimes the old floor reveals something more—loose vinyl, multiple layers, or a damaged subfloor. If that happens, we’ll explain what needs attention and get approval for additional prep.

The goal is simple: you should know what’s happening in your unit and why.

The flooring itself is only one part of a unit turn. The harder part is often coordinating the estimate, approval, access, and install date without losing time along the way.

That’s why we want you to know what’s included, what needs a decision, and who to contact if plans change.

Have a turn coming up in October? Send us the property, unit, and target date. We’ll help you get the flooring piece moving.

A flooring price is more useful when you know what’s in it.

Our pricing includes materials and installation, new metal transitions, appliance and toilet R&R, same-level base, and one pass of floor patch to smooth the surface beneath the new flooring. We also clean up our mess after the work.

If a unit needs more floor prep than that, we’ll explain what we found and what it would cost before moving forward.

Have a unit coming up? Send us the scope and we’ll help you get it priced.

A little customer love for Sydney and the 1UP team. 💚

Feedback like this means a lot because flooring is not just about the install. It is about the communication, follow-through, and people who help make turns feel a little easier.

Proud of you, Sydney. 👏

NEW FOOTAGE JUST DROPPED. 👟

We ask our crews to send photos when an installation is complete.

And technically… they’re giving us exactly what we asked for. 😂

Fresh floors. Real completion photos. Feet included for scale.

We stand behind our work, sometimes very literally.

The best partnerships are not built on pretending nothing ever goes wrong.

They are built on communication, follow-through, and people who care enough to keep customers informed.

A recent note from Swell said it perfectly:

“Some hiccups have happened, but I was notified as soon as the problem arose, which is why I love working with your company. Charles always goes above and beyond. He calls on any issue and then sends an email, which is probably the best customer service I have seen from all the companies I do business with.”

That is exactly what we mean when we say communication matters.

Proud of you, Charles. Thank you for taking care of customers with that kind of consistency and care. 👏

Sydney knows how to get things done and apparently that extends beyond flooring. 💪

She spent WMFHA’s Impact Day working alongside other multifamily volunteers to help repair homes for local homeowners in Beacon Hill.

A full day of hard work for a pretty great reason. We’re proud to have people like Sydney representing 1UP both on the job and in our community. 💜

Flooring turns have a lot of moving parts.

Sometimes something on-site changes the plan. When that happens, communication matters.

At 1UP Floors, we work to keep your team informed so you are not left trying to piece things together later.

A good flooring turn is not just about installing new flooring.

It is also about what happens around the install: the schedule, the access, the prep, the little details, and the updates your team needs before the next resident walks in.

That is why communication is part of the job at 1UP Floors.

If something comes up onsite, we want your team to know while there is still time to make a plan, not after it has already become a problem.

Because the install matters, but keeping the whole turn moving matters, too.
