Summer fun in beautiful Bend, Oregon! ☀️

Our Central Oregon team recently celebrated summer with a BBQ and beanbag toss. Our furry four-legged employee-owners got in on the fun as well! 🐶

Work continues on the White River Restoration project in Sumner, WA!

Several channels have been opened to allow the river to expand into the floodplain, mitigating potential flooding impacts to the nearby industrial area and providing critical fish habitat.

Check out the drone footage captured by our construction management team!

We're working alongside Rodarte Construction, and Natural Systems Design to deliver this large-scale restoration project for the City of Sumner, Puyallup Tribe of Indians, Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, and Pierce County.

This week, we were at the National Association of Tribal Historic Preservation Officers Conference & Sacred Places Summit in Albuquerque, NM!

The conference focuses on the importance of meaningful connections, collaborating to achieve shared goals, and creating positive outcomes for present and future generations of Tribal citizens and the broader community.

Thank you to the Pueblo of Acoma for hosting this year's conference and taking us on a tour of the Sky City Cultural Center and Haak'u Museum.

It was an honor to gather and learn from Tribal Nations, Tribal Historic Preservation Officers, and others in the field of heritage preservation.

Parametrix employee-owners don't just design active transportation systems; they also use and help maintain them! 🚲

Tyler Smithson recently attended the Bike Utah Summit in West Valley City. On his ride home, he stopped by a construction site on Jordan River Parkway and removed approximately 15 pounds of goathead along a 300-foot stretch.

He also noted that sunflowers were blooming where he had planted seeds in fall 2024! 🌻

Great work, Tyler! Thanks for helping create vibrant, sustainable communities.
