How about that first snow of 2025!? I heard that this storm was the 4th largest snow storm in the history of Kansas City! We know that businesses have to lay salt to melt what’s left of the snow and to help the sidewalks from freezing up again. BUT, salt is the worst thing you can put on concrete. Over time the salt sits in the tooling joints and the control joints until it rains enough to dissolve the salt and wash it away. But during that process, the salt erodes concrete and over time you’ll have to replace sections or all of your concrete! HOWEVER, I have the solution for you! We have a one time apply product that I can give you a 20 YEAR WARRANTY on new concrete and up to a 15 year warranty on existing concrete (depends on the age and condition at the time of the application).
