A phone call came in from a client thats not scared to tackle small plumbing jobs herself. Much respect given to anyone to at least try. She was able to install the faucets. Client says they have a leak from the shower kn the second floor to the first floor. We investigating and immediately find the leak. The putty they used many years ago wasn't making a proper seal anymore. We took it apart and corrected the issue. Properly resealing the drain. Contact us for any plumbing needs at (718) 669-9344. Client calls saying the toilet was wobbling. We show up to the location and investigate the situation. Come to find the bolts were just loose and wax was flattened. We checked the fl**ge to make sure it wasn't compromised. After determining everything is ok with the fl**ge we reset the toilet with a new wax gasket and tank supply. Tested for leaks. We get a call about a leaking pipe on the water heater and the water isnt staying hot long enough. We arrive at the location and immediately notice whoever installed the qater heater used the wrong material which isn't meant for water usage especially on a water heater. Black pipe is used primarily for gas, hvac and sprinkler systems. So we replaced with proper pipe and new expansion tank along with new thermostats and elements.
