Unexpected damage to a dock door can slow everything down. That was the case in Dalton, where a bottom panel needed to be replaced on a busy loading dock. We had the new panel and new hardware in stock, ready to be installed.

We carefully removed the damaged section, installed a new 9' x 24" ribbed panel, and made sure all hardware and spring tension were set just right. After a full test, the door was back in service and ready for regular use.

A busy dock area can hide small issues that grow over time. We performed a full preventative maintenance service for a vertical mechanical door, dock leveler, and truck restraint in Gainesville. Although access would have been a problem for others, we found a safe solution, and the job was taken care of as usual. While a trailer was in the dock, we used special extensions for the vacuum and blocked the trailer with our service truck to keep everyone safe. The truck restraint stayed engaged throughout the work and locked out, so it couldn't be disengaged.
