Blast from the Past: Taking it back to an incredible project that came to us through our "Pay It Forward" referral program! Looking back at this completed Mt. Pleasant kitchen and flooring remodel, we are still so grateful to our wonderful past clients for trusting us and sharing our work with their neighbors.

This project was a fun one, running smoothly from start to finish without a single hurdle - a true testament to careful planning and our dedication to quality.

A Few Design Highlights:

The Statement Quartz: Gorgeous blue and beige veining over a bright white base, perfectly complemented by an Imperial Sky Blue subway tile backsplash!

Custom Cabinetry: Floor-to-ceiling, natural-colored stacked cabinets with soft-close doors and under-cabinet lighting.

Layout Reconfiguration: We removed the original peninsula to create a dedicated, highly functional pantry complete with seamless decorative transition panels.

First-Floor Flow: Replaced the flooring throughout the entire main level with warm, inviting 7" wide plank Java Maple LVP.

One of our favorite parts of the journey is always looking at where we started compared to our initial 3D design renderings and the final masterpiece! Being able to show our clients exact 3D renderings before a hammer even swung made bringing this vision to life so much fun.

Flashback Friday!! Remember this BEAUTIFUL kitchen from 2024??

We are looking back to highlight a complete transformation that featured a stunning new kitchen, dedicated coffee bar/mudroom, and laundry room!

Every detail of this remodel was executed with precision. Before construction even began, our detailed 3D renderings allowed our clients to visualize their future home, fostering a truly collaborative experience from day one.

The Layout Revision:
We completely rethought the home’s footprint by relocating the washer and dryer out of the one-car garage and bringing them indoors. This created a dedicated laundry room, dramatically improving the everyday flow and storage of the main living area.

The Design Highlights:
✨ Countertops & Backsplash: Striking quartz countertops with gold vein accents extended into a spacious peninsula for extra dining seating, paired with a unique pearl-colored, shell-shaped tile backsplash.
✨ Custom Cabinetry: Natural-colored, floor-to-ceiling stacked cabinets with soft-close doors seamlessly tied the kitchen and coffee bar/mudroom together.
✨ Flooring: Beautiful 8" x 8" hexagon porcelain floor tiles in warm beige tones anchored the utility spaces, while 7" wide-plank LVP brought seamless warmth throughout the rest of the home.
✨ The Finishing Touches: High-end upgrades included a mini beverage fridge at the coffee bar, a hot water spigot (pot filler) over the range, a new sink with matching hardware, smooth scraped ceilings, custom crown molding, and modern canless recessed lighting.

Every element came together to build a space designed equally for daily living and effortlessly hosting guests.

Here's a progress report from our kitchen remodel in Briarwood, Summerville... and it's moving right along!

Once an outdated and congested kitchen, this space is being completely transformed, in partnership with our skilled trade-partners. Our preferred GC removed the center wall between the kitchen and attached office, clearing the way for this STUNNING kitchen island. We introduced a modern two-tone palette with Brooklyn "Pearl" on the wall cabinets and Brooklyn "Fawn" on the new island. We've also built a dedicated coffee bar with Brooklyn "Pearl" base cabinets. We LOVE the 'Sienna Gold' Quartz countertops against this cabinet combination!!!

We are eager to begin this primary shower remodel in Crowfield Plantation, Goose Creek in the morning!

Out with the dated garden tub and tight, cramped shower - and in with a spacious, custom walk-in bathroom centerpiece. We started with a collaborative design phase to address our client's pain points and find the perfect solutions. The design step focused on creativity and functionality! This space is going to be stunning!

Exactly two years ago, we were wrapping up this Summerville pantry and turning it into something special. Such a fun project from start to finish!

We completely reimagined a lackluster pantry closet into a remarkable extension of the beautiful kitchen, featuring custom shaker white cabinets, quartz countertops, a classic ceramic subway tile backsplash, and gorgeous white oak floating shelves.

To top it all off, we tucked a w**e fridge away into a custom-built cubby with matching refrigerator panels, added roll-out drawers, and opened up the entire entryway by removing the old frame and raising the header by six inches to highlight those high ceilings.

Such a fun project with an incredible result! We hope our clients are still loving this space every single day! Who remembers this project?!?! Happy ✌🏼 year pantry-versary!

That’s a wrap in Wescott, Summerville! We are so thrilled to share the finished reveal of this primary bathroom remodel we brought to life for our clients.

This transformed space now features a beautifully refinished vanity topped with gorgeous Cosmos Dorato Quartz countertops, sleek new brushed nickel faucets, and matching rectangular mirrors to tie the whole look together.

The centerpiece of the room is a custom walk-in shower wrapped in polished 12x24 Allen + Roth Arabescato Gold porcelain tile, accented by a complementary hexagon mosaic floor which is also featured in the custom niche for a seamless, standout look. Complete with a new Delta shower system, dual grab bars, and a built-in bench topped with Snow White Maravilla stone (matching the custom niche ledges), this shower is ready to enjoy.

We finished out the room with a soft-close, comfort-height toilet and a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams 'Slow Green' for calm, crisp walls. Fresh, fancy, and built for everyday comfort, we loved creating this space for our wonderful clients!
