🔨 FROM WORN OUT TO WOW! 🔨

This deck had definitely seen better days… so we gave it the makeover it deserved! 👊

We completely restored and transformed this outdoor space, turning an aging, weathered deck into a clean, modern space the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.

✅ New composite decking
✅ New composite fascia & skirting
✅ New aluminum railing system
✅ New stair treads & stair railing
✅ Custom access door underneath the deck
✅ New posts, trim & finishing details
✅ Complete cleanup and final touches

And that railing setup? 👀
We think it turned out pretty sharp!

From the first tear-out to the final screw, we focus on doing the job right — not just making it look good from the street, but building it to last.

Your deck doesn’t necessarily need to be replaced… sometimes it just needs the right crew to bring it back to life.

🔨 From Vision to Reality! 🔨

Our customer had a vision for this kitchen area — and we were excited to bring it to life!

We transformed this space with:
✅ New kitchen cabinets
✅ Cabinet installation & finishing
✅ New countertop
✅ Sink & faucet installation
✅ Appliance installation
✅ New flooring
✅ Trim & finishing details

The first photo is our completed work, and the second photo is the customer’s AI-generated vision of what they wanted the space to look like.

We love projects like this because it’s not just about replacing cabinets or laying flooring — it’s about taking a customer’s idea and turning it into a finished space they can be proud of. 💪

Monday was definitely a Monday on this one! 😂 But we got it done! 💪

This customer had flooring installed previously by a “professional” installer… unfortunately, it wasn’t installed correctly.

The flooring was installed without the proper underlayment/moisture protection over the concrete, which allowed moisture to become a problem underneath. Over time, that moisture contributed to the plywood molding and rotting.

So we tore it all out, addressed the damaged subfloor, prepped everything properly, and installed the new flooring the way it should have been done the first time. 👊

A little extra work, a few headaches, and definitely one of those “glad that’s done” Mondays 😂 — but the finished product speaks for itself!

Another floor saved and another happy customer!

🔨 We’ve been busy… just not on Facebook!

It’s been a little while since we’ve posted, but that doesn’t mean we’ve slowed down! 😎

We’ve been out in the field knocking out projects and making homes look better, safer, and more functional.

Here’s a look at a few of the projects we’ve recently completed:

✅ Privacy fencing
✅ Door replacements
✅ Exterior repairs & upgrades
✅ Shed improvements & ramps
✅ Custom carpentry
✅ And plenty of those “while you’re here…” projects 😂

No small job gets turned down! If it’s part of your home, chances are we can help with it.

🌳💥 WHEN A TREE DECIDES TO PICK A FIGHT WITH YOUR FENCE…

Two days before we showed up, a tree limb came down and took out the fence. 😳

So we went from “Well… that’s not supposed to be there” 😂

to…

🔥 BRAND NEW DOUBLE GATE! 🔥

We removed the damaged section, cleaned up the mess, and built a new gate that not only fixed the problem but gave the backyard a MUCH better entrance.

Sometimes Mother Nature does the demo work for us… 😂🌳

From a Small Island to a Showpiece! ✨

This kitchen got a major upgrade! Our customer wanted a larger island that looked like it had always been part of the home—and that was easier said than done.

We removed the original 36-inch island and installed a brand-new 82-inch custom island, giving the kitchen dramatically more workspace, storage, and seating. The biggest challenge? Matching the existing cabinet stain and finish. After careful staining and blending, the new cabinetry ties in seamlessly with the original cabinets.

The end result? A beautiful, functional centerpiece that looks factory-installed.

If you’re thinking about upgrading your kitchen, whether it’s custom cabinetry, countertop installation, cabinet refinishing, or a complete remodel, we’d love to help bring your vision to life.

🚪 Another Happy Customer! 🔨

This project may look simple now, but it took some creative carpentry to make it happen.

The biggest challenge? The existing stair landing was too close to the floor joists, leaving no room to install a standard entry door. Instead of settling for a compromise, we completely reworked the entry by framing a new wall, building a new landing, installing the new door, adding flooring, trim, drywall, and giving the space a clean, finished look.

It’s projects like these that remind us that every home is different—and that’s where experience makes all the difference.

Thank you to another amazing customer for trusting Custom Living Improvements LLC with your home!
