⭐⭐EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT⭐⭐
Meet Allen White! Allen is an Electrical Apprentice who brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to keep learning and improving. Before entering the electrical trade, Allen gained experience working on a paving crew for two years, worked at Walmart while attending electrical school, and worked at HMR Demo before joining Mister Sparky.
Although Allen is still early in his electrical career, he approaches each day as an opportunity to grow. He especially enjoys the attention to detail the trade requires and appreciates working alongside people who are willing to help him learn. One of his favorite things about Mister Sparky is the people, positive atmosphere, and the many opportunities to develop his skills and improve.
Allen chose the electrical field because it offers job security and a career he can continue building on. He is passionate about becoming a better person both in and outside of work and learning as much as he can along the way.
When he’s not working, Allen enjoys spending time with his friends and family. With his focus on growth and willingness to learn, Allen is excited to continue developing his career as part of the Mister Sparky team.

Meet Matt Osborne!! Matt brings a strong combination of leadership, hands-on electrical experience, and sales expertise to the team. His background includes being a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served as an Airborne Infantry Sergeant, working as a Journeyman Electrician, and gaining experience as a Sales Manager for Continental Battery. Through these roles, Matt has developed years of leadership and training experience that he brings to his work every day.
One of Matt’s favourite things about being part of the team is the family-like atmosphere. He values working alongside people who support one another and take pride in what they do.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, working on projects around the house, and spending time with his family. His approach to life is simple: never get lost, always look cool, and if you are lost look cool doing it!
And one memorable fact about Matt? He’s been shot and still has a bullet in his leg.
Matt’s experience, leadership, sense of humor, and commitment to his team make him a great addition to the Mister Sparky family.

⭐ EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: HUNTER WILLIAMS ⭐
Meet Hunter Williams! ⚡
Born and raised right here in Mercer County, Hunter is a proud graduate of Montcalm High School. He and his fiancée, Chyanne, are raising three amazing children Izzy, Stanton, and Jameson who keep life busy and full of adventure.
Growing up in a traditional Appalachian family, Hunter learned the value of hard work at an early age. His dad and grandpa taught him how to work with his hands, and those lessons stayed with him throughout his life.
After high school, Hunter knew the trade industry was where he belonged. He worked in several service and skilled trade roles before finding his home at Mister Sparky.
When our team needed someone to take charge as Fleet Coordinator and Mechanic, there was no question who was right for the job. Hunter's mechanical talent is second to none, and he plays a huge role in keeping our fleet running safely and reliably so our electricians can continue serving our customers every day.
When he's off the clock, you'll usually find Hunter fixing just about anything, playing in the woods, working on vehicles, kayaking, or spending time with his family and friends.
One thing everyone at Mister Sparky can agree on? Hunter keeps us laughing! Whether we're laughing with him or at him (don't worry, he gives it right back!), his great sense of humor makes every day a little more fun. We're grateful to have his talent, work ethic, and personality as part of the Sparky family.
