This was a really fun project we got to do for a customer of mine. They have a well that wasn’t keeping up with demand so they decided to get city water. We installed a 1” RPBA (backflow device) behind the meter and installed a new 1” service line with 2 new yard hydrants. We plumbed in a valve cluster with 1” ball valves and a 1” PRV so they have the option to use either water source. If you have any water projects you need done. We replaced a leaking water line today. Customer had a 3/4” 100psi poly line that was leaking under their tree in the front yard. We decided to to replace the water line besides repairing it. We upgraded the water line to a 1” 250psi poly line and re routed it away from the tree. if you have a leak or have any water related questions. Please feel free to call Andy @4257894736.

Customer called about a leak in their green house. We repaired the leak and ended up replacing the 1/2” spigot with a new 3/4” spigot. If you have any leaks or projects that want done. Please feel free to call or txt Andy @ 425-789-4736.

Customer called for an emergency water line repair. Their Poly line split at the PVC T connection between the well house and their reservoir tank. We installed a new brass T with brass stab fittings and stainless steel hose clamps. We will be going back and replacing the old 160psi poly supply line with new 250psi poly. I added a comparison photo of the difference in thickness and durability between the two pipes in this post. Customer called with low pressure (30psi) and low flow of water. We found 2 kinks in their service line. One at the connection of the prv and the other under their wood beam wall. We installed a new PRV and added a new section of pipe. Customer now has double the flow rate and 60psi to the house. Rain, snow or sunshine we are here to help. We got a call from a customer about a water leak last week. After locating the leak, we discovered a pinhole in the copper line. We decided to eliminate all the unnecessary bends from the 3/4” union to the
1 1/4” poly line using Ford brass fittings and stainless steel hose clamps. If you have any questions about a water leak please feel free to give me a call. 425-789-4736

Happy October 1st everyone! Fall is here and the temperatures are starting to drop. It’s time to start the preparations for winter. Make a check list of important key areas that need to be insulted before the freezing begins. Sprinkler lines need to be blown out and zone boxes should be insulated. This mornings project we had a leak detection/repair job turn into replacing the customers entire service line and replaced their Pressure Reducing Valve. We added an irrigation box behind the meter box as well for easier access to their PRV.
