My favorite EV charger day! This customer wanted to be prepared for future advancements in EV charging, so we ran a larger cable to allow for a higher-amperage charger down the road.

We upgraded from standard #6 50A cable to #4 100A cable, while still using a 50A breaker in the subpanel since Teslas currently don’t require more than 60A.

Built a new weatherproof outlet off of front patio and above fireplace for a flatscreen TV.
Along with adding 2 extra overhead light boxes with these great new era, LED bulbs for maximum brightness.!

It was a pleasure helping this Daniel Island family brighten up their cozy living room. Having wired homes for over 20 years before moving into the service side, it still surprises me how often builders overlook lighting upgrades in large living spaces. While I understand the ‘builder-grade’ approach to keep initial costs low, there’s nothing like custom lighting to truly finish a home.
