Finished up this deck project.
We removed the old deck that had rot issues and replaced it with this pressure treated deck making it 10ft wider adding space and installed vinyl railing and gate at the top of the steps. The sliding door to the deck was old and not energy efficient so we upgraded it to a new one. The homeowner had us install a powered awning to provide shade on those hotter days. Vinyl railing and sliding door where supplied by Precision Vinyl Systems, Inc.
