Some of the most important work on a project will eventually be hidden from view.

This installation is part of the electrical distribution system within the garage of a 292-unit high-density multifamily project in Austin. The garage electrical services were designed to support the overall parking infrastructure, including significant EV-ready requirements, which added complexity to service sizing, feeder and conduit pathways, distribution panels, and coordination throughout the project.

Before these conduit runs could be installed, teams had to review plans, coordinate routing around structural conditions and other trades, and plan the bends and supports needed to keep the system organized.

The finished installation shows the craftsmanship. The planning and coordination behind it are what make it possible.

That is the work behind the work.

Every pin has a story. This one began at our West Shop and continues at TSTC.

This hands-on electrical training station was built at our West Shop by MSF team members in collaboration with Texas State Technical College. Designed to give students practical exposure to electrical systems, it connects classroom learning with real-world applications and career pathways in the skilled trades.

MSF team members recently attended the first Industry ENGAGE event at TSTC’s Fort Bend County campus. Construction leaders toured the Building Construction Technology, Electrical Construction Technology and HVAC Technology programs and discussed workforce needs and the skills Texas employers need.

Seeing the training station in place made the event especially meaningful. It represents what the pins on our map are all about: people, projects and relationships working together to create opportunity.

We’re grateful to everyone who contributed and to Texas State Technical College for helping prepare the next generation of Texas’ skilled workforce.

Every pin has a story.

This map hangs in a team member’s office. The same footprint appears on the notebooks we carry, alongside the MSF mugs on our desks.

They may seem like small details, but they represent something bigger: pride in how far we’ve come, connection across our teams and excitement for what’s ahead.

Today, MSF spans 14 divisions across six states. But those pins represent far more than locations. Behind each one are people who show up every day, partnerships built on trust and projects that strengthen the communities we serve.

As our footprint grows, our commitment remains the same: do quality work, act with integrity and invest in the people who make it possible.

Last week, MSF sponsored the Greater Houston Builders Association’s ABCs of Home Building: Electrical course.

The session examined the rules behind residential electrical work—from National Electrical Code requirements to the details that shape inspections and field decisions. Programs like this help keep builders, contractors, and trade partners aligned around safer, better-built homes.

In attendance for MSF were Jaime Flores, Chris Brunner, and Armando Lozano. We were pleased to sponsor an event that advances industry knowledge and strengthens Houston’s homebuilding community.

A great day on the green with Coventry Homes!

The MSF Electric and Coventry Homes teams recently came together at Oakhurst Golf Club for a day of friendly competition, great conversation and valuable time spent strengthening relationships beyond the jobsite.

Events like this remind us that strong partnerships are built through more than the work we accomplish together—they grow through shared experiences and genuine connection.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. We look forward to continuing to build together, both on and off the course.

MSF was proud to support LGI Homes and Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, TX during Blitz Build 2026 at Marble Creek in Magnolia, where three homes were constructed in just four days.

Our North Shop team, led by Scott Ames, contributed their skills throughout the build, with Robert Arevalo and David Michael supervising MSF’s work on-site. Their leadership and coordination helped keep our work moving safely and successfully throughout the build.

Marble Creek is more than a new neighborhood—it represents an opportunity for more than 200 families to achieve the dream of homeownership.

We’re grateful to our employees for representing MSF with skill and dedication and to LGI Homes and Habitat for Humanity for the opportunity to be part of this meaningful project.

Congratulations to the new homeowners and everyone who helped bring these homes to life!

A great day on target with Beazer Homes! 🎯

MSF recently hosted the Beazer Homes Houston team for a clay shoot at Blackwood Gun Club. The event had a fantastic turnout and was filled with friendly competition, great conversation and plenty of memorable moments.

Judging by the smiles, everyone had a blast—pun intended! More importantly, the day gave our teams an opportunity to connect outside the jobsite and strengthen the relationships that make our work together successful.

Thank you, Beazer Homes, for spending the day with us. We look forward to continuing to build together—both on and off the jobsite.
