We just saved this customer over $400 by starting with the tankless water heaters opposed to just throwing money into a shower. This is the importance of doing preliminary inspections but also servicing your tankless units to ensure they are functioning as efficient as possible 🙌

A stiff shower handle might seem like a simple fix… until the cartridge decides it doesn’t want to come out. This Moen cartridge was making the shower difficult to turn on and off, so instead of just cleaning up the handle, we went straight to the source. Using the right cartridge puller made removal quick and clean. Because a broken cartridge can turn a 30 minute repair into HOURS of extra work.

Tankless doesn’t mean maintenance-free.

This homeowner was previously told their tankless water heater didn’t need to be flushed or serviced—but once we opened it up, the filters told a different story.

We performed a full descaling, cleaned the water inlet and intake filters, checked the condensate trap, and inspected and cleaned the flame rod before putting everything back into service.

Regular maintenance helps keep your tankless running efficiently and gives us a chance to catch potential issues before they turn into expensive repairs.

We’ll see this one again next year. 🔧🔥
