Started in 1968 under the name of Wilson Paving, Paul Wilson began his future, family owned business, humble and determined to make an honest living. With hard work and dedication, he was able to succeed in making the business a name for itself. We became Wil-Pav, Inc. in 1993 and have expanded our small business into a multi faceted construction company with ambition and genuine respect for the i

ndustry. We bid a majority of our work through city and school parking lots, residential streets, driveways and sidewalks, and retail shopping centers. Now retired, Paul has passed the torch to his son, Rick Wilson, who continues to operate the company under the same figurehead values.
