Heres a little sneak peak of a basement we got finished up. Owners told me to come back when they have it more organized and work done so I only took a couple of pictures. Another 100+ sheet basement completed. Only this one used almost 100 sticks of cornerbead. Have you ever seen so much. Makes it look good while covering all the duct work. Heres a job weve done alot of work on. From insulation, drywall , painting and the tounge and groove. Its been such a fun project. We did a smooth finish with the drywall. Wrapped 9 windows with drywall returns. Hung and put 3 coats of poly on the ceiling t&g. Then decided to give a offset look i decided to burn the t&g on the stairwell. Good morning and happy June 1st. Check out this garage before and after. This garage was from the 1950s. Id say it restored nicely. We did the rip out of the old drywall. Pulled 10,000 nails. Then hung, finished and painted the ceiling. Hung plywood on the walls and primed them for the home owner. This was quite the project but we handled it smoothly!
