Brandon Simpson was born and raised locally in Hampton Roads and has come from a family of contractors. At a young age, Brandon learned the masonry trade. At the age of 20, he opened his first business, a masonry company. Shortly thereafter, he found his passion for real estate and he began buying and selling properties. Brandon built his first new construction home when he was 24. When he saw how
