We’re searching for someone who takes pride in their work, has experience leading a crew, communicates professionally with customers, and is ready to help deliver the quality and service our company has been known for throughout Hampton Roads for over 20 years. A valid driver’s license is required, along with experience in landscape installation and maintenance, the ability to manage job sites efficiently, and a strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

* Preparing landscape and outdoor living estimates
* Following up on leads
* Helping customers bring their outdoor projects to life

Twenty years ago, a business was built. But the story really started long before that...because long before trucks and crews, there was a young boy riding on a mower with his dad. Long before logos and landscaping projects, there were lessons about hard work, family, integrity, and always taking pride in doing things right.

Nick learned early from his father that you show up, you do things the right way, and you take care of people—even when nobody is watching. Those values never left him.

His dad served our country, loved Hampton Roads, and even while battling cancer, he was still showing up, serving his family and his community. He taught perseverance, strength, and the importance of always putting family first.

Those same values continue to guide us today.

And we couldn’t think of a more fitting day than Father’s Day to announce that this June marks 20 years of Snipes Landscaping. This milestone means so much because the values that built this company were never about simply growing a business—they were about serving people. For twenty years, we’ve been honored to build lasting relationships, know our customers by name, and provide the kind of personal care and pride that can only come from a family-owned business. No matter how much we’ve grown, we’ve always believed that no one should ever feel like just another address on a route, but rather a neighbor and a relationship we’re grateful to care for.

So on a day dedicated to fathers, we are honored to celebrate not only 20 years in business, but the legacy, love, and lessons that made it all possible.
