NAVCO Homes is growing, and we’re looking for skilled, dependable people to join our construction team!
We’re looking for carpenters, framers, and experienced residential construction professionals who can actually work with their hands and contribute to the job — not someone who is just looking to sweep floors and clean up.
If you have experience with framing, decks, trim, doors, windows, and general carpentry, we want to hear from you.
Skills & experience we’re looking for:
- Framing & structural carpentry
- Deck construction & repairs
- Interior & exterior trim
- Door & window installation
- General residential carpentry
- Minor electrical
- Minor plumbing
- Drywall repairs & punch-out work
- Ability to read measurements and work independently
You don’t have to know how to do everything, but you need to have real construction experience, a good work ethic, and the ability to pick up a project and get the work done correctly.
