POV: I tried labeling every standard feature in our model home… and ran out of stickers before I ran out of upgrades.

Moen faucets.
LVP flooring.
Tile bathroom floors.
Backsplash included.
Walk-in showers.
Oversized windows.
…and that still wasn’t everything.

Everyone says new construction walls are paper-thin… so I tested it. 👀

I whispered something to my husband from the other side of the wall expecting him to hear every word.

He heard absolutely nothing. 😂

Myth officially busted.

Honestly? That advice could cost you thousands.

Yes, always compare lenders. But builder lenders can offer incentives outside lenders usually can’t, because we have a huge incentive to get your home closed.

That can mean lower rates, paid closing costs, and serious savings.
