Rotten garage door bottoms and exterior trim — rebuilt the right way.

We removed the damaged sections, reinforced and rebuilt the door bottoms, and replaced the exterior side jambs with cedar to match the original construction.

Solid again and ready for many more years.

Another challenging project in the books.

These oversized, extremely heavy speakers required far more than simply mounting a bracket. Before anything could be installed, the walls had to be opened up and reinforced according to an engineer’s specifications to safely support the load.

Over the last few days, we completed the structural reinforcement, installed the blocking, closed the walls back up, taped, primed, and got everything ready for installation.

Today, we successfully mounted the first custom speaker bracket. It wasn’t an easy job, but it’s securely in place. Next up: the second bracket, followed by the speakers themselves.

At BestBuild, we believe that what you don’t see behind the wall is just as important as what you see when the job is finished.

We adjusted the bottom seals and replaced the worn side weather seals to create a cleaner, tighter fit and better protection from drafts, moisture, and pests. Small repairs can make a big difference!

Sharp Chisels Make Clean Work
