Another collaboration project with Dave Cannarozzi, Cannarozzi Construction in the books! This time on the Jersey Shore in beautiful Lavalette (301 Bayview Ave).

CertainTeed Double 7" Cedar Impressions vinyl shake Pacific Blue on front and sides of home.

CertainTeed Main Street Board N Batten vinyl siding on rear of home.

CertainTeed "Restoration Millwork PVC Trim on windows, doors, outside corners, gable fascia's, garage door jambs and fabricated recessed panels front of home next to garage doors.

Standing Seam Metal Roofing with Drexel coil on dormers, garage overhang and gable overhangs by CMNG Roofing.

and, new GAF - Roofing HDZ Timberline roof shingles "Mission Brown" on balance of roof.

Before and after time transforming this South Orange NJ home (Longview Road) including a skylight mounting, shingle replacement, and trim installation.

The addition of skylights will now bring in much needed natural light to darkened rooms. New shingles have been installed to improve the roof's durability. Updating the trim gives a fresh touch to the exterior and curb appeal.

new GAF - Roofing HDZ Weathered Wood Timberline roof shingles on front and half of rear of home.

two Velux M06 Operating deck mounted skylights front of home.

2 1/2" zip sheathing to sidewalls with Benjamin Opdyke "Slicker Max" drainage wrap over zip sheathing.

new Andersen Dark Bronze E Series casement and awning windows in entire home.

"Diamond Kote" facias & soffit at eaves and rakes on entire home.

Diamond Kote Grooved 8" on center sheets on front of home.

Diamond Kote straight edge shake panel on sides and rear of home with Diamond Kote staggered shake panels at gables at sides and rear of home.

5/4×4" Diamond Kote trim around windows and doors,

5/4×10" frieze board at eaves and gables.

Plus, we framed 24" overhang on gables and 16" at eaves and rakes in dormers.

Bright smiles getting brighter as we make progress on our dental office project in Madison, NJ.

James Hardie 4" Exposure Artic White horizontal fibre cement siding has been installed on the entire building.

AZEK Exteriors PVC trim has been added on to the windows, doors, and decorative panels.

Make sure to admire the dentil blocks (a series of closely spaced, rectangular blocks that form a repeating ornamental molding) that have been fabricated with Azek PVC trim.

And finally, EPDM Rubber roofing has been installed on the portico flat roof and recessed window boxes.
