**We’re hiring: Maintenance Apprentice**

Want to learn the landscaping trade, work outdoors, and build a real career path?

Superior Lawn Care and Landscaping is looking for a dependable, coachable person to join our maintenance team in Green Bay.

**What you’ll get:**

* $18–$21 per hour
* Full-time field work
* Hands-on training and Greenius learning
* PPE, uniforms, and equipment provided
* A growth path from Apprentice to Maintenance Technician, Senior Technician, and eventually Crew Lead

You’ll learn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleanups, bed care, equipment care, and professional jobsite standards alongside an experienced crew.

We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works safely, takes feedback, protects customer property, and brings solutions instead of excuses. Experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.

We got rained out yesterday afternoon around 2:30-3:00. Both crews came back to the shop and sharpened blades, clean decks and rearranged the inside of the box truck. They took the initiative to make it more efficient and easier to use for themselves, and I love the way it turned out!

Everyone sees the finished lawn. Nobody sees the 5:30am route puzzle, the equipment that breaks down mid-week, or the phone calls juggled before the crew even loads the trailer.

Operations isn’t glamorous — but it’s the actual business. It’s the part that decides whether “we do great work” turns into a company that’s still standing in 10 years.

That’s why we’ve been heads-down building real systems: clear standards, clear expectations, processes that don’t rely on everyone just “figuring it out” every morning. Less chaos, more consistency — for our crew and for you.

We recently received this plaque from Pulaski High School recognizing Superior Lawn Care and Landscaping for supporting their Youth Apprenticeship Program — and honestly, it means a lot.

Landscaping isn’t always seen as a “serious” career path. We disagree. This industry offers real wages, real growth, and real pride in your work. We’ve built a company on that belief, and we want the next generation to see what’s possible.

Being able to open doors for young people who are figuring out their path — that’s something we don’t take lightly. This plaque is a small thing, but to us it represents a step in the right direction.
