🏗️ Apple Springs Build Update 🏡

The roof is complete and exterior work is moving forward as the structure begins transforming into a finished custom home.

This build was designed to take full advantage of the surrounding Black Hills views while delivering the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Iverson Construction is known for. From framing to finishing touches, every step of the process is done with care and precision.

Watching a home come together from the ground up never gets old, and we’re looking forward to sharing more progress as this one continues to move along.

Big progress happening out at our Apple Springs project! 🙌

The roof is on, windows are in, and the exterior is really starting to take shape. From above, you can see just how incredible this layout is — and those views? Absolutely unreal. 🌲✨

The covered deck is coming together beautifully, creating the perfect space to soak in the Black Hills scenery year-round. We’re moving full steam ahead and can’t wait to share more as this custom home continues to come to life.
