Back in April, we shared this bathroom renovation in progress... now here’s the finished result.

This update included a fully tiled shower, new floor tile, open shelving, vanity, paint, and finishing details that completely transformed the space. We had to wait on a few things before getting the final photos, but it was worth it.

Clean work. Beautiful finish. Another project completed!

One minute you’ve got a deck… the next minute you’ve got a pile of lumber and a bad day.

We recently helped a homeowner pick up the pieces after their deck completely collapsed. We did not rebuild the whole deck, just made sure it was stable with the footings along with some fresh lattice.

The good news? We’re always ready to help rebuild when things fall down... literally.

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

This Memorial Day is a time for reflection, gratitude, and appreciation for the freedoms we’re able to enjoy because of their courage.

We’re grateful for our ongoing work with Blueberry Hill Estates 55+ Community a manufactured home community in Sturbridge.

Our team has had the opportunity to take on a wide range of work throughout the site—from detailed kitchen tile installations to EVERY garage build. That includes framing, roofing, installing windows and doors, siding, and even building interior steps. We also install skirting and front steps on every front porch to give each home a clean, finished appearance.

What we appreciate most is being trusted to handle both the structural and finishing work across an entire community. We’re proud of the relationship and look forward to continuing to support future builds and improvements within this beautiful community!

Why Do Remodeling Projects Sometimes Take So Long to Start?

One of the biggest parts of any remodeling project happens before construction even begins: permits and approvals.

For larger renovations, additions, structural changes, and many exterior projects, towns require detailed reviews to make sure everything is safe and built correctly. While that process can sometimes take longer than anyone would like, it protects homeowners by ensuring work meets current building codes and inspection standards.

At Burlingame Remodeling, Inc., we spend a lot of time behind the scenes coordinating drawings, applications, inspections, and communication with local departments so projects can move forward the right way.

We’re always grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community whenever we can. Recently, Saint George Greek Orthodox Church asked us to help with a few projects around the church, and we were happy to lend a hand.

Our team added plywood below the balcony to prepare for a beautiful painted canvas installation, hung a mirror, repaired several pews, and took care of a few other little things around the church as well. Small improvements like these help preserve and enhance such an important community space.

Thank you to St. George Greek Orthodox Church for trusting us with these projects! We cannot wait to see the final product with the painting!
