A few before and afters. Got rid of those huge block outcrops, installed all new impact windows with a minimal stucco band to finish it off! Just needs paint!

Love the way this one came out!
Moved the water and electric to much better suited locations, added a few pilings and cut all the unnecessary ones off below the deck making this an awesome after work happy hour hangout/morning coffee spot instead of just a walkway to the water!!

Now thats a renovation! First pic is during demo, last pic is before paint. We also installed vinyl plank throughout the entire home, after removing layers of tile linoleum and laminate flooring, now its seamless throughout.

So you installed new hardwood floors, now here’s a quick check list of a few of the best ways to keep your investment looking beautiful! *Mop with a damp microfiber mop. Traditional mops soak floors , too much water will damage hardwood floors! *Know what type of finish you have and use only a cleaner made for that. Know if it’s surfaced sealed or oil treated to protect your finish! *Avoid steam mops which can also cause permanent damage to hardwood floors *Vacuum only on floor setting, not carpet setting which can scratch your hardwood floors *Wipe high traffic areas 1-2x daily and mop 1-2x weekly to avoid surface scratches. *Traditional brooms can also scratch floors so remember to use a dry microfiber type mop to sweep.
