Another successful shower renovation has been completed for a returning pair of clients. While I was initially hesitant about the brown color, the white epoxy grout proved to be a game-changer. The bathroom floor renovation is next on the agenda, which will tie the entire space together. Sadly, we uncovered rot and mold issues during the demolition process, which necessitated prompt remediation.

Currently working on a project for valued returning customers, transforming a closed cavity shower with a shower door into an open shower featuring glass panels. Unfortunately, unforeseen work arose due to mold and rot issues, similar to those encountered during their previous bathroom remodel. A non-load bearing wall with a 1/2 inch deflection was reconstructed to correct the issue. Additional photos will follow.

Curbless shower done in rustic white subway tile, black pencil accents, black trim and black epoxy grout. Custom bench is 2 feet × 93". 1 long niche, 1 tall niche.
Waiting on 3 pcs of marble for the shower entry tops and toilet wall top.
Ceiling has lights and speakers that had to be cut exactly to size to cover. Mounts were set in place before ceiling boards went up to secure lights.
Notice the header in the doorway!
We took old beams, roughed them up then stained them with matching stained barn board for trim and a barn door header.
