🚀 Now Hiring: Licensed Heat Pump Installer / Maintainer – for Franklin County / Western Maine
We are expanding our energy-efficiency services and seeking a licensed, certified professional to install and maintain high-performance heat pump systems. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precise workmanship, customer education, and supporting Maine’s shift to efficient heating & cooling solutions.
Key Requirements:
• Current EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal refrigerant handling certification
• Efficiency Maine heat pump installer training (or equivalent manufacturer training for ENERGY STAR® / cold-climate systems); Qualified Partner status strongly preferred
• Proven hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and service of ductless mini-split and other heat pump systems (cold-climate experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to clean work on active job sites plus rebate/manufacturer standards
Compensation: $32–$40 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and performance.
