When arriving at VanBoxel, I was greeted with friendly customer service. Melissa was super helpful, from the design to completion. Jason was very helpful when choosing the right cabinet/countertop combination. Both are very knowledgeable and got back to me very quickly about any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process.
Going to their countertop supplier was also a fun experience.
When there was a delay in the shipping of my cabinets, to no fault of their own, they worked with me to promptly reschedule and make up for the delay.
I do however wish that someone came out to measure my kitchen space instead of just going off of the rough drawing/dimensions I brought in during the initial consultation.
I love my new kitchen, the layout, Melissa knocked it out of the park especially with the pantry. I would recommend VanBoxel to anyone consIdering renovating their kitchen their pricing and quality is awesome.
