Absolutely not!

I recently pulled these wires from a wall directly below a headboard where my client sleeps. The wires have burned and jacketing melted in their 2019 Meadow View home. It’s a miracle it didn’t cause a fire.

This particular issue is sneaky because although she had a home inspection completed, it would be nearly impossible to detect this without opening everything up and inspecting every joint individually — an action beyond the scope of a standard home inspection.

I’m solving this problem here and now, along with many expensive calls to address other electrical gremlins.

- Trace and map all circuits in home
- Update panel legend accordingly
- Remove every wall plate in your home, and inspect every joint in every box, repairing/documenting issues where necessary
- Inspect every device (switches, outlets) in every wall of your home

In turn, you will receive:

- Accurate circuit map of the home, attached to your electrical panel

We're getting back to school, and back to normal life. I hope you all had as much fun this summer as I have!

Now that our vacations are over and we're arguing about the right time to start drinking Oktoberfest beer, let's start getting those pre-autumn projects done. Yard work, cleaning the garage, the second (or third) round of mosquito treatments, and finally putting in those lights.
