💣💣 BASEMENT STAIRS 💣💣

We went to Algonquin IL to completely replace these basement stairs for our customer.
The previous stairs felt "wobbly and bouncy" to say the least. Their new set of stairs went from 2 to 3 stringers for additional support and also from regular 2x10 treads to finished round nose treads. .
No more sagging! No more squeeking!

Our customer was having issues with water leaking from the window into the back wall and under the tub. We did an entire tub replacement along with some of the framing which was rotten, all new plumbing and a textured subway tile to seal the deal!

We went to Streamwood IL this time where our customer wanted to add a patio door to their home. They recently got a brand new stamped concrete patio and the only access they had to it was a window from their home office, so we changed that! A brand new set of beautiful french doors was installed in place of the window. French doors with built-in blinds are a game changer!! 1 day of work to completely change your home! What a difference!

💥💥 OUT WITH THE OLD 💥💥

This time we traveled to Hoffman Estates IL where our customer needed their chimney GONE in order to give their spacious living room a total new look! The fireplace did shoot all the way out the roof so we got to work!
Removed all the old duct, patched their roof and patched their ceiling. Once the chimney was gone we added a few electeical outlets to the new big wall of the living room, painted it all a neutral color and ended up hanging their TV and soundbar on the new wall! We also matched the original flooring of the home and patched the opening the fireplace left! What a huge change!! 💣🎉

💣💥BATHROOM REMODEL 💣💥

The master bathroom for our client in Lake in the Hills had gone through many water problems. The glass doors were leaking, the subfloor was getting rotten, so we had to bring it back to life for them! New tile in a nice symmetrical pattern, a big niche, and pvc baseboard and shoe to keep the room as water tight as possible. We painted the vanity white and installed new glass doors to bring it all together!

Our client in Lake in the Hills was having issues with water leakeage through the vinyl walls of their shower. We saved their nice tub but we tiled the shower walls and floor, installed pvc baseboard and shoe and we kept a water tight bathroom! The metal corner shelves really bring stand out with the gray tile! No more leakage issues!
