👀 Well… this looks suspicious.

Hometown Home Services + the ladies of Jones & Co. were spotted hanging around an old familiar building today…

Are we up to a little something?
Maybe. 😏

Do we have some ideas?
Ohhhh, we have ideas. 😂

Are we ready to tell you what we’re doing?
Not quite yet.

But there’s been a whole lot of dreaming, scheming, measuring, planning and asking “what if…?”

And we have a feeling some of you might already know where this is headed. 👀

So… what do YOU think we’re doing?

Drop your guesses below. 👇

And stay tuned… because Part 2 is coming. ❤️

💧 BENNETT HOMEOWNERS — LET’S TALK PRVs! 🏠

We’ve had a TON of calls asking:

Why do I need a PRV? Why does the Town increasing water pressure affect my home? What happens if I don’t install one?

Here’s the simple answer:

When pressure in the Town’s water main increases, that higher pressure can enter your home’s plumbing system. A Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) regulates that incoming pressure and keeps the pressure inside your home at a safer, controlled level.

Without proper pressure regulation, that extra pressure puts stress on your entire plumbing system — and usually the weakest point shows itself first.

That could be older piping or joints, shutoff valves, supply lines, faucets, toilets, appliances or your water heater.

Sometimes it’s a small leak. Sometimes it’s premature equipment failure. And sometimes a failed pipe or connection can cause significant water damage and a very expensive repair.

💧 That’s the big takeaway: spending a little now to protect your plumbing could save you A LOT later.

We know there are questions, and we’re not here to scare anyone. We’re here to help our neighbors understand what’s changing and how to protect their homes.

🚨 BENNETT HOMEOWNERS — IMPORTANT UPDATE! 🚨

First, a quick correction: Our previous post included incorrect information regarding the length of the extension, and we apologize for the confusion. Here is the updated information with the correct deadline:

The Town of Bennett has extended the deadline for the required PRV and expansion tank installations through January 1, 2027.

That gives homeowners a little more time — but January is going to be here faster than we think! With more than 800 Bennett homes needing this work completed, we strongly encourage you to get on the schedule now rather than waiting for the last-minute rush.

❤️ Hometown Home Services is right down the road in Strasburg, and we want to make this as simple and affordable as possible for our Bennett neighbors.

Here’s what is currently available:

💧 $550 Town of Bennett rebate
❤️ PLUS $250 Hometown Home Services discount
📋 We handle the paperwork for you — permits, rebate paperwork and inspection coordination
💳 Financing options available
🏡 Layaway option available — make payments toward your installation ahead of time and let us work with you on scheduling

You don’t have to navigate this process alone. We’ve been completing these PRV installations locally and can help you from start to finish.

📆 Deadline: January 1, 2027

🚨 Last Reminder, Bennett! 🚨

The Town of Bennett’s water pressure increase is just around the corner.

If your home doesn’t already have a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV), now is the time to get one installed. A PRV helps protect your home’s plumbing system, water heater, fixtures, and appliances from excessive water pressure before it becomes an expensive problem.

The best part? We make the process easy.

✅ We handle the permit
✅ We submit the rebate paperwork
✅ $250 OFF your PRV installation

No headaches. No paperwork for you. Just one less thing to worry about.

Our schedule is filling up as more Bennett homeowners prepare for the pressure increase, so if you’ve been thinking about it, now is the perfect time to get on the calendar.

📞 Call or text 720-336-1783 to schedule your PRV installation today.

Four months. 🤯

When Jesse and I started Hometown Plumbing & Heating, we prayed for the opportunity to serve our community with honesty, integrity, and the kind of service we’d want for our own family.

Today, just four months later, we’re incredibly humbled to share that we’ve been recognized as Ranked #7 and a Top 10 Plumbing Business in Arapahoe County.

Out of hundreds of plumbing contractors, this recognition isn’t about us—it’s about YOU.

Every phone call.
Every recommendation.
Every review.
Every family that trusted us to come into your home.
Every small business that gave us an opportunity.

You made this possible.

From fixing a leaky faucet to replacing water heaters, installing hydrants for mini donkeys, repairing sewer lines, or answering emergency calls after hours, we’ve poured our hearts into every job because that’s what Hometown means to us.

We still answer our own phones.
We still celebrate every customer.
We still pray before difficult days.
And we still believe treating people right will always matter.

To every customer who has trusted us, referred us, encouraged us, and left us a Google review…

Thank you.

This recognition belongs to all of us, and we promise to keep earning your trust every single day.

With grateful hearts,

❤️ Jesse & Brandi Jones

🚽 Plumber Wife Tip of the Day!

If you ever have a sewer backup in your home, kitty litter is your friend! 🐱

Sprinkle it over the mess to help absorb liquids and reduce odors, making cleanup a little easier before sanitizing the area.

⚠️ One VERY important rule: Don’t sweep or wash it down the drain or toilet! It’ll harden into a cement-like mess and create an even bigger plumbing problem… and your plumber definitely won’t be thrilled. 😅

Have a plumbing question you’ve always wondered about? Drop it in the comments, and maybe it’ll be featured in our next Plumber Wife Tip! 👇
