A study in restraint and force.

Three centuries of timber, reimagined not as nostalgia but as structure. A single, monolithic beam rises uninterrupted through three stories, anchoring the composition with quiet authority. Its surface carries time in every fissure and scar, yet here it is sharpened, precise, deliberate, unapologetically modern.

The stair floats alongside it. Thick cut treads, hewn and confident, balanced by a blackened steel spine that slices upward with surgical clarity. The railing, lean and rhythmic, introduces tension against the rawness of the wood, a contrast that elevates both.

This is not reclaimed for the sake of story. It is reclaimed for performance.
