Another field brought back to life! ⚾️

We repaired and restored this baseball batter’s box as a way to give back to our community , creating a safe, level, and professional playing surface ready for practices and game day. This project was a fun one!

We completely reworked the drainage system around the home to solve a major water issue. From there, we expanded the driveway and added a paver parking pad with retaining wall , installed new front and side walkways, and created a sunken patio featuring a fire pit and seat wall.

The outdoor living space also includes a raised patio with a pergola and a custom outdoor kitchen built with Belgard Elements. We connected the grill directly to natural gas, so no more propane tanks, and added a Big Green Egg for all those backyard cookouts. The kitchen was finished with beautiful granite countertops.

To complete the project, we installed new landscaping in both the front and backyard, along with fresh Zeon Zoysia sod throughout the property.

The finished result is a beautiful, functional outdoor space built for relaxing and entertaining.

I’m at this property today quoting more work for this customer. This client we installed new zoysia sod 3 years ago, and it’s looking great. The client also hired NLC to maintain the property after the fact. We also installed these two dry creek beds as part of drainage work that are doing the trick, helping keep the water 💦 going where we want it to. I love working with current and repeat customers . Here I’m at another irrigation repair. Here you can see how miss alined the pipe is. Probably why it broke. It had to much tension on that joint. You can see in the after picture how I alined the pvc pipe correctly. That means this repair will last. Do it the right way the first time.
