Our Team had a great night at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association 45th Annual OBIE Awards. We took home the Gold Award for Urban Revitalization for our English Ave project, and Silver for our Stone Mountain new build.

Special thanks to Heather Cross Interiors for the beautiful designs, JL Draekr and Darion Woods for project management, Patricia Houston for sales support, and Erika Billups for paying the bills and helping Thomas Billups maintain sanity on these homes.

We don't do many smaller remodels anymore, but happy to wrap up this Hall Bath renovation in Decatur. The owners were very pleased and hired our Team to do their Primary Suite after we finished this one.

Awesome meeting and tour of the Snapfinger Waste Water Treatment Facility with our Metro East Chapter of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Great to learn how they're getting our county closer to compliance with the federal consent decree, and removing the sewer capacity requirement that's a significant obstacle to development.

Happy with the new driveway and walkway, and here's a few things we did to improve quality:
-Fiber reinforced to reduce cracking
-Control joints to control where concrete cracks
-Expansion joints where new concrete meets old
-Thickened concrete in critical areas like driveway corners

Placing driveway today at Megan Rd so we can landscape. We got power yesterday, so we'll be starting and testing systems next week.
