Today we dug a drainage trench and laid large river stone to prevent erosion along the edge of the driveway. Then used the extra dirt and stones from the property to build a berm and wall to prevent future wash outs. Finally, finished the job out spreading 3/8 stone to match the original parking area.

Holey sink hole!!! This hole was 9ft in diameter and around 12ft deep. After widening the hole and investigating we determined it was actually an old cesspool that was never filled in when the house was hooked up to city sewer. Luckily no one was in the area when the old lid collapsed in.
