Here at JT Builder’s we are very lucky to have many employees - some who primarily work week days, some who work weekend and some who work EVERY SINGLE DAY that we offer.

As many of you know JT Builder’s has been BEYOND blessed to be able to employ family and friends - that’s what gives us such a “family” feel.
We have been looking for the ✨perfect✨ person to hire to be a little more behind the scenes; but do some of the hardest work.

We are excited to announce our newest employee, Julie Lerch! She will be stepping into the position of Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist!

👑 Fun Fact - Julie is married to Dave and they have two beautiful daughters, Tiffany and Emily. Both of their daughters have held different pageantry titles and currently Julie’s youngest daughter, Emily, is Miss Iowa’s Outstanding Teen! Her daughter, Tiffany, owns and operates Luxe Crystal / Design. She can make almost anything you can dream of - and cover it in beautiful crystals!
