This Labor Day, we want to recognize the hardworking people behind Back to Nature Lawn & Landscape.

Our employees work through long days, hot weather, mud, snow, changing schedules, and everything else this business throws at them, and they continue to show up, work together, and give their best.

The truth is, our business is our employees. We could not serve our customers or continue to grow without a team that works so well together and takes pride in what they do. We’re incredibly thankful for each one of them and the important part they play in Back to Nature.

𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗦:
• Full-time with overtime available
• General hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-4:30 pm
• $18-$23 per hour, based on experience
• Outdoor, physically demanding work
• Based in Louisburg, KS, with work throughout Johnson and Miami counties

𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧:
• Have professional landscaping, or sod installation experience
• Have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Be dependable and arrive on time
• Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Be able to safely lift and carry materials and equipment
• Work well as part of a crew and follow instructions

Responsibilities may include preparing soil, carrying and installing sod, cleaning job sites, and assisting with other lawn care work.
